here are some suggestions for improvement. please start putting ice in your drinks. please make your hotel rooms more spacious. please start salting (in healthy amounts) the dishes you prepare. please put fluffier pillows in your hotel rooms. how about we all use the same type of currency? oh, and by the way, most people prefer to have a washcloth provided with their bath linens. they also enjoy washing their hair and body with different products…one tube of soap for hair AND body AND face? come on. also, get better plumbing. and for crying out loud, we are living in the 21st century here…a reliable wifi connection is kind of essential to life and communication and business dealings. and you could get rid of heathrow completely and i wouldn’t be unhappy about it.
other than that, you are good. you appreciate good music, and you’ve welcomed us so nicely. thanks.
